The first phase of Martha's 30-year career was spent in human resource management, culminating in an executive-level position. She oversaw organizational development, integrations resulting from mergers and acquisitions, growth, transition, crisis management, employee labor relations, labor law compliance, employee development and counseling, performance management, executive coaching, and numerous other related roles.
Through the Belief System of Motivation and Performance (developed by Dr. Thad Green), she employs a proven 5-step process that achieves reliable, consistent, and long-term performance improvement for her clients.
